Who We're Looking For

We’re not expecting you to know it all on day one.

What matters most is a great attitude and a willingness to muck in. If you’re reliable, curious,
and enjoy variety, you’ll fit right in.

What we’re after someone with:

  • Minimum 2 years in the ag industry or a contracting role

  • Clean full license (HT a bonus)

  • Machinery experience & basic maintenance skills

  • Physically fit

  • Reliable, takes initiative and is a clear communicator

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Bonus points if you bring:

  • A long-term interest in ag innovation

  • Experience in spraying, agronomy, or irrigation

  • Familiarity with Trimble or Tabula

What You'll Be Doing

Your main role will be spraying, but every day is different. Some days you’ll be operating our sprayers, others you’ll be helping with cultivation, livestock, or irrigation.

It’s hands-on, practical work that keeps you learning and growing.

Your week might include:

  • Boom spraying (our farm + clients)

  • Cultivation, rolling, mowing, harvesting

  • Stock work: drenching, weighing, fencing

  • Irrigation (pivot + linear)

  • Plant, machinery and farm maintenance

  • Digital task tracking (Monday.com, Trimble, iCloud)

We believe good people deserve good gear,
a great culture, and fair pay.

Here’s what we offer:
